Paying Your Assessments

Your 2022 quarterly assessments of $130.00 is due on the first day of the month each quarter and considered delinquent if payment is not received 30 days from the due date. If your account falls into a delinquent status your account will be assessed a $15.00 late fee. Please do not hesitate to contact me if there are extenuating circumstances. There is a solution to mutually benefit all of us.

Currently, we have 88% of the 75 homeowners receiving their statements via email.  For those that are not receiving an email version, you will receive a quarterly statement via US mail.
